One-Page Checkout Process
The one-page checkout process is a strategy followed by e-commerce platforms to reduce the number of clicks during checkout and to make the checkout process faster. When a customer wants to check out and makes a purchase, they usually have to fill in different kinds of information to reach the final purchase page on any e-commerce.
This information can be about product details, cart contents, payment details, shipping details, billing details and shipping options. Alternatively, there is 3-page checkout that contained the same details for customers to fill in but on different pages. But, to make the process faster, e-commerce platforms often choose a one-page checkout process.
