DesignO includes support for a single language (excluding RTL) and one currency as part of the standard setup.
If your business requires multiple languages or multi-currency configurations, these can be implemented as part of an extended setup with additional charges.
DesignO allows you to operate multiple storefronts based on your business needs.
Additional B2B or B2C stores can be configured as add-ons, with separate subscription fees applicable per store. This enables you to manage different customer segments, regions, or business units efficiently.
The platform supports customer artwork uploads with a default file size limit of 5 MB per file.
For businesses handling larger print files or complex artwork, this limit can be increased based on your requirements at an additional cost.
DesignO includes storage across both the application server and Amazon S3 for managing assets and generated files.
If your usage grows beyond the included capacity, additional storage can be provisioned to support higher volumes.
You can select editable design templates from DesignRiver’s library, which can be configured for your storefront.
If additional customization or graphic corrections are required, these can be handled as part of paid support services.
A complimentary 30-day ramp-up period is provided to support onboarding, setup, and initial configuration.
This ensures your team has sufficient time to get familiar with the platform and go live smoothly.
